I had the deluxe queen room which was big size and huge with bathroom. Everyone was helpful and kind as well as owner. I found the hotel's location particularly good, right by Hacienda Valentina, and Playa del Carmen. Dessert restaurant Bendito Pecado located 3 mi away was a nice surprise.

The location of this hotel is quite secluded, making it a great destination for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. You can even spot turtles and fish in the private cenote! The rooms are spacious with a huge bed, super hot water and reliable wifi. The kitchen is wonderful and grocery store is only 10 minutes walk away. The owner is really welcoming and makes you feel right at home.
The hotel lacks some amenities nearby.

I recently stayed at a charming hacienda in a gated community, just a short drive away from beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. The pool and gardens were absolutely stunning, with a small cenote and chapel adding to the overall ambiance. The modern and spacious rooms were a delight, especially the good water pressure and hot showers. I loved having access to the outdoor shared kitchen, equipped with cooking utensils and a stove. The TV in the room was a nice touch. The owners, Louis and his father, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
During my stay, I experienced a minor issue where there was no water in my room one morning. However, the night manager promptly resolved the situation once I brought it to their attention.

We had a great time during our Easter break! the accommodation was beautiful and well-maintained. We loved the spacious rooms and the fact that there was a nice pool. Plus, the garden was stunning and gave us the chance to relax and spend some quality time outdoors. the best part was that we were offered complementary drinks upon our arrival and throughout our stay. the location was perfect, as it was close to attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to get around!
There were a few things we didn't like, including the fact that our room faced a main road and was quite noisy, so it was hard to sleep at times. getting around was a bit of an issue as there were no taxis that knew where the accommodation was located.

This hotel offers a unique and magical experience reminiscent of old-style Haciendas. The beautiful garden and pool provide a relaxing atmosphere, and the large rooms with nice balconies offer plenty of space to unwind. Additionally, the owner's reliability and helpfulness are commendable, as they went above and beyond to preserve personal items left behind during a two-week trip.
The only minor inconvenience was intermittent wifi and some difficulty with the windows in the ground-floor rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beautiful building and compound were a real highlight, with lovely plants and charming little nooks and crannies to explore. The room, although simple, was surprisingly spacious and functional, and the smart TV was a great addition. The family running the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with printing documents and providing prompt and clear communication throughout my stay.
Just one small suggestion for improvement, but overall everything was absolutely fine.

The property is filled with hidden gems like a mini nature paradise and a beautiful historic building. The staff, including the owner and his family, were friendly and welcoming during our stay. the amenities such as the large bed and hot water added to the overall comfortable experience.
While the property is charming, it's location is isolated and there are limited options for nearby food or shopping. the lack of window locks and abundant mosquitoes were detractors from our overall experience.
